Excellent service as always
The team's builds are always excellent, and this one was no exception. Everything works flawlessly, and the build is neat and secure. Even though we provided our own RAM, they tested for us with their own modules to make sure performance was solid. The extra effort to securely package the internals during transit is always appreciated.

sometimes it’s too expensive to DIY
They gave a conservative lead time and delivered early. Quality service. Assembly was done neatly. Cable management looks neat, but cable ties can be a headache when making changes such as adding storage or trying to access the PSU for instance. Ideally I’d have spare cable ties lying around, or an alternative, so this is possibly a me problem. I have used alternatives that either use clips or velcro which solved that issue and will probably do that when the time comes. Wootware’s team is a pleasure to deal with.

Build Feedback
Thanks guys, just 2 points of feedback: 1. Double check with your customers whether they need windows installed with the prebuild (even if they don't want a Windows license), as this is a bit of a pain if you don't have a boot disk, and have to wireless drivers and partitions and things. 2. The 5070 TI runs way too hot - I've recorded it up as high as 91, which seems unusually high, even for a card that was designed smaller for a case fit. This also coincided with crashes in my games - not often, but I'd get one every few hours. I've since undervolted the card and it appears to be running fine. Crossing fingers that this continues, but if there are any other graphical complications I may have to return. Otherwise, all good. Thanks again.
