Great Performance, Not Great Fans
The GPU chip itself performs as well as expected. Much cooler and quieter than my old 1070 Ti. The cooler is a standard that multiple brands use. The fans have an unpleasant whine at certain frequencies, and I've had to work around this with an alternate BIOS and custom fan settings.

I upgraded from the 3060Ti-8GB to this 4060ti-16GB. COD MW2 on ULTRA > 130fps on 144hz, 24" with intel i5-11 and 32Gb DDR4. Happy-ness *IS* this customer with company and purchase.
