Great but expensive motherboard
Great motherboard for the price, if you ignore the fact that AMD5 motherboards are still way, way, way too expensive. Installed without issues, although a BIOS upgrade was needed to the EXPO RAM to run at full speed. Note: If you want to upgrade the BIOS from the BIOS management section, make sure you read the new BIOS installation instructions. It doesn’t work the way you expect it too. Only rated 4 stars as Wootware shipped rev 1.0 and not rev 1.1 as advertised.

So many expansion slots
The board has nearly everything I wanted from an AM5 board. AX wifi built in, 4 NVME slots, 2 front USB 3.2 headers, 1 usb C header and a nice heatsink to cover all those m.2 drives. My only complaint is that it isnt an X670E board but the difference is just that your main pci-e 16x slot is gen 4 vs gen 5.

Way ahead of it's competition
I have the Rev 1.0 version and with the Elite usually being marketed as the entry level or budget boards for Gigabyte's Aorus line-up, it's really difficult to consider this an "entry" level motherboard. Looking past the price tag, this is a seriously beefy motherboard that boasts more features that I could compile in this review. Throughout testing and overclocking my 7900x the VRM design on this board had no issue keeping the CPU fed with power, definitely enough to power generations of CPU's to come. Cooling wise, it's completely overkill with both VRM cooling blocks being linked with a copper heatpipe, throughout testing I didn't see VRM temps go past 50C. IO wise, the inclusion of USB-C on the back is always great to have, as well as 2.5G Ethernet and the vast amount of USB 3.2 and 2.0 connections. My only nitpick would be that I would have loved to see the inclusion of a Display Port connection at the back. Smaller yet really useful features are the bigger tab on the GPU release bracket, found this super useful when taking the graphics cards out. As well as the tool less M.2 tabs for mounting your drives. No longer do we need to worry about losing those little screws, phew ! In short: this is a great motherboard with a robust feature set. I would love to see manufacturers continue this trend of bringing premium features to the so called "budget" line-up of motherboards.
